XCEL on tour with THE DREAM!
XCEL dancer Sora Connor is currently on tour with recording artist The Dream. She will be performing this week in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oxnard, Tampa, and Baltimore. Speaking of Nashville, XCEL dancer Stephen Jones is performing with recording artist Lloyd tonight November 1st, 2007 in Music City.


HOUSE OF PAYNE!
XCEL booked dancer Triniti Williams to play the role of a fitness trainer, for an episode of "House Of Payne" by Tyler Perry. The show airs on Wednesday nights on TBS. Also XCEL dancer Stephen Jones performed this past weekend with Lloyd in West Virginia and Los Angeles.

If you are wondering who these cuties are, look no further than XCEL dancers Herbert Bowens, Rikki McKinney, Justin Evans, CK Kendricks and Cory Willis. With all the excitement of the holiday season, Raggs, Trilby, Pido, B. Max and Razzles can’t seem to pull it all together in time for their big holiday concert. The ever-confident Dumpster steps in to direct an over-the-top production that leaves everyone laughing, singing and dancing. They start rehearsing in Atlanta October 31, 2007 and go on tour nationwide in November and December.


Renown choreographer Jamie Parrish joins XCEL Talent Agency!
I am delighted that such a nationally respected Dance scholar and practitioner has chosen to join our creative team of choreographers. In his career thus far, Jamie has worked with many artists, directors, choreographers and dancers, making him a hot commodity and one of the most sought choreographers in America. His works have been featured on all National Networks and seen by millions of people. His choreography credits go on and on but he is mostly known for choreographing for Atlanta 1996 Olympic Opening Ceremonies, Peach Bowl Halftime, Hula Bowl Half-Time Show, NY Knicks, and winning over 150 National Titles in Cheerleading as shown on ESPN, ESPN2, FOX, and NBC.

XCEL booked dancer Gordon Neil and his partner Julissa Cruz for Midnite Mambo Blast Congress. The performance takes place in Dallas, TX on February 8-10, 2008. 


XCEL goes COUNTRY again!
XCEL booked dancer Tandra Caldwell and Brittney Spykesma for the new music video of country artist Ashton Shepherd. The music video shoots in Nashville October 18, 2007, and is expected to get a heavy rotation on CMT and GAC. Watch video here...

XCEL booked Brittney Mabry for Tyler Perry's "House Of Payne". She was on the set October 17, 2007 and will be back again on Monday October 22, 2007. Tyler Perry's movie "Why Did I Get Married" was number one in the box office this weekend. Make sure to go and watch it!

Congrats to XCEL dancer Saidah Fishenden for booking a spot on Cheri Dennis "Portrait Of Love" new music video. The video is expected to get a heavy rotation on BET and MTV. Watch the video here...

XCEL booked Michael CJ Kendricks for a performance with recording artist K. Johnson. They will open for recording artists Neo and Lloyd in West Virginia on October 26, 2007. XCEL booked Herbert Bowens to perform in Nashville for Society For Women Engineers on October 25, 2007.

XCEL does FILM!
XCEL booked dancer/actor Marc Fearney the lead role for the short film "One White Apple". The story revolves around a man who finds himself dealing with mysterious powers which force him to overcome his restless nature in order to gain a new appreciation for life. It is sort of a hero's journey mixed with elements of fantasy and ghost story / horror genres. Congrats Marc!

Over the past few years, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has relied mostly on folksy billboards to draw hungry travelers to its restaurants. MythBusters is an American popular science television program on the Discovery Channel starring special effects experts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, who use basic elements of the scientific method to test the validity of various rumors and urban legends in popular culture.

XCEL goes INTERNATIONAL with Gordon Neil!
Xcel dancer Gordon Neil performed in Bellajo and Nice last week. This week he is set to perform at Barrio Latino in Paris, and next week travels to Milan, Italy for few performances at Tropicana. He returns to US on October 4, 2007. Gordon choreographed the short film MANO before he left for Europe. You can see the trailer here...it's AWESOME!


XCEL booked choreographer CICI KELLEY to choreograph the DVD for the stage play "Tell Hell I Ain't Comin". XCEL also booked dancers/actors Herbert Bowens, Triniti Williams, Rikki McKinney, Lindsay Wolf, Ira Cambric, Erin Smith, Justin Evans, and Benta Ajabu. The show will make history, by being the first gospel play to be performed at Alliance Theatre. They will play four performances from September 7-9, 2007 in Atlanta.

XCEL dancer Stephen Jones performed at BMI Awards in Vegas with R&B Artist Lloyd. They continued their performances in Lexington, KY/Charlottesville, VA and For Sisters Only in Atlanta.
